Dr Christopher Que Hee

My hearing specialist recommended Dr Que Hee as my air pressure was down on one ear, when I arrived at his surgery and started filling out the form he called me into his surgery, I felt it was strange that he did not ask me to finish filling out all my details. He asked me the problem and looked at my referral and a previous Xray. He then used his tuning forks and said one of my ears had some wax so he cleaned it out and then tested my ear with the tuning fork there was some difference. I asked him if he was going to do more tests his comment is you are to old to at the age of 73 to do any further investigation so go back to your hearing specialist and get her to turn up the volume on your hearing aids. This 15 minute visit cost $300.00. The Dr may get old one day and need something done and he gets rejected by another specialist.

Dr Que Hee has helped me with my chronic sinus issues! After suffering for many years with debilitating sinus pain and infections. I underwent Endoscopic sinus surgery. I rarely get any nasal congestion anymore and Chris gave me lots of tools and tips on how to effectively look after my sinus passages! He is professional and friendly and very knowledgeable. Only a couple of days in bed after the operation but it was really worth it! I would highly recommend him!!

The only Dr that worked out what was wrong with my Husbands ear. He is very sympathetic and easy to talk to. Great job and receptionist are very helpful.

I can not rate this man higher! After being diagnosed with Otosclorsis 2 years ago I made the decision to have the operation. This disease effects your hearing (for me to the point of almost being deaf) and your social life, not being 40 yet I could see the damage it was doing. Dr Que Hee was very honest, respectful and caring. Seven days post operation Dr Que Hee gave me back my life! Thank you

Our experience with specialists is that they usually spend time (30 min to 1 hour usually) to get to know a new patient - he spent only around 15 minutes. Im a doctor, and I can follow medical convo quite easily but I had lots of questions still. The thing was you had to interrupt him to ask questions, he never once asked if we had any. I cant imagine how challenging it would be for a non-medico with doctors like him who dont ask if patient actuality understands. We were rushed in, and were rushed out. It was underwhelming experience. We went with glowing Google reviews but was disappointed. It wasnt bad, but not great. Not for the time, effort and money - considering there is waiting time to see him. Personally, if there are further procedures, we would seek a different specialist moving forward.
