I engaged Max Roofing in Aug 2021 to inspect the roof and carry out a full roof repaint. Everything progressed quickly and was completed in a timely fashion. However in Jan 2022 we had a leak after a storm. After taking a close look at the roof, we noticed that the previous paint had not been properly stripped before re-painting. This resulted in the new paint bubbling which affected the quality of the re-paint. In fact there was still leaf litter under the new paint. The roof was eventually re-inspected and the paint stripped off in Feb 2022. They blamed their workers for not using the correct water blaster to remove the original paint. As of Nov 2022, no further progress has been made despite repeated phone calls and emails. We recently went up on the roof the assess for ourselves. The remaining paint has still not been properly stripped and is once again bubbling. Still no response after another email. Seems our emails and phone calls are being ignored/ blocked. Essentially, we have thrown away $3500 on a bad job! This should be a warning to potential renovators. If things dont go as planned Max Roofing will NOT follow through with remedial action. I do not recommend them at all!!!! Service: Roof repair

Ashley and his team helped us fix a 50 year old roof that had many leaks from age and recent storm damage. Even though the guys were and are busy fixing storm damage throughout the area they were professional, courteous, and diligent. Ashley coordinated everything and we're really happy with the result of their work. We'll definitely use Max Roofing for any work again in the future. Highly recommended!!! Thanks guys!
