Effortless, MWC really did make the whole process easy. We had an amazing experience with Angie and the team with getting our finance sorted with tricky timelines. The builder (Transpire) did a good job, great support from them. Now we have lived in our home for a couple of months I needed help with some homebuilder forms and reached out to Kyla, what a godsend, everything that was required was emailed to myself within a couple of hours. Total support through the whole process and well after is amazing. MWC have the knowledge and experience which I don't.

Me and my family are now new home owners because of MWC and they fantastic staff they helped us from start to finish and helpped us with our savings goals and from different options that was best for our family we have really received value for money with this company. We received regular updates and constitute feedback from them and never delayed They gave us a move in date of June and the house was completed at the end of April. What more can a person ask for as its a stressful process, but they helped us at every turn. We are so grateful to MWC for all they help and the wonderful gift pack that we have received on the completion of our brand new home. This experience has been a world wind roller coaster by they have made it so easy.

We cannot thank MWC enough for everything they have done for us! Our new home is absolutely beautiful and its everything we asked for and more. The process was so so easy and they took care of everything from beginning to end. First reached out to these guys early 2022. Initial contact was fantastic-- I spoke to someone named Mariah and she was absolutely lovely, knowledgeable and professional. My partner and I were so keen to work with these guys, until we were linked with Marijke. She called me up to run me through the processes and what not, but one thing I was a little confused about was that we were responsible for finding and applying for our own lots (which is probably very common, but it was dauntingggg for us as complete newbies). Once we did the financial assessment, she gave us a call and said that our estimated borrowing capacity had dropped down to about 30k due to a few different factors. Of course, I had accepted this and was fine with it as we only just started saving, but I asked Marijke "Okay, what can we do from here? What can we do to better our financial situation?" and she rudely responded "Nothing... There's nothing you can do. We can't help you". My jaw dropped, and of course I felt shattered because I actually believed that there was nothing we could do. Anyways, she said that she would follow up with me around mid year to see how we were travelling and of course, I didn't hear anything since. Fast forward to now and we're working with a different company, we got approved for finance, secured our lot (that they helped us find) and passed our settlement date. We start building next month!! All because they believed in us, offered the support we needed and didn't just see us as dollar signs.....

I believed it was possible to own a home, I knew I just had to find a way. For me and my husband, MWC was that way! From the first phone call, Sandy was friendly and supportive. We consistently felt that we were in safe hands, and I am confident that because of MWC Group our stress levels throughout the journey to home ownership was significantly reduced. The only tough part about building a home is the fact that you do pay rent and a mortgage simultaneously-not any fault of MWC, just something to be aware of if you are considering this path. Thank you so much for everything, this is a significant dream come true!
