Staff are very professional and easy to communicate with, especially Lauren who always keeps us updated with the new information on the market and understands our needs. Over the last few years, my wife and I have acknowledged the fluctuation in rental prices. Throughout our multiple leases at our current property (5 years in total), Michelle has assisted us in maintaining security when it comes to our original agreement to where we are now within the current market. People need to be aware that costs are changing everywhere, and yes properties and the market are being highly affected by the current climate. Michelle reminded us of this in a professional and honest manner. As tennants, Michelle has lead us to successfully securing another lease renewel that not only matches the current times, but also our needs. She went out of her way over the weekend to assist us with this. I recommend people to stand back, have a breath and understand times are changing and that unfortunatly we all need to adapt. Michelle, thank you again for the effort, time and honesty that you continue to provide.

We have been with CoCo for a while with our other property. Alina Morse really knows her stuff. We're from inter state and recently bought a property in the Logan area. Property needed quite a few things fixed up before being ready for lease which Alina sequenced and orchestrated to minimise costs. Further, she was able to secure tenants quickly.
