I highly recommend renting with the McGrath Surfers Paradise team. When McGrath took over from our previous realestate agency, there was a major difference in customer service and communication. Aaron Saliba was such an incredible real estate agent to deal with! His communication with us as tenants was beyond incredible and he got everything done in a timely manner. His professional manner and customer service skills were greatly appreciated by my family and I, and we would love to rent with McGrath again in the future. I'm from Syd looking to locate to Qld. Last month I saw a property on Domain and called the listing agent Lana to get a price. I texted and left messages and no response from Lana. I then called the office & the receptionist said will pass my details on to Lana to call me back but Lana never did . Today I saw another property that I liked and realised it's the same listing agent .Once again i texted & called Lana this morning at 8.30 and also sent an online inq regarding 6 Radford st Southport to get a price and surprise surprise no return call. Who would list with this agent to sell ....I wish the vendors would know.
