Dearest Julie, I can not thank you enough! You changed my life, both myself & daughter are eternally grateful! Both diagnosed ADHD, & with your help, lives have changed where no one else could previously identify!. I have since recovered from my cancer diagnosis, (my previous & last conversation with you) & moving forward, now have my own little business where I have made use of my creativity, artistic strengths! Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart! :)) Kind Regards, Dimity McC- Robina 7 day Medical Centre.

After many years of trying to cope with issues relating to anxiety, depression and work place stress, I finally decided that enough was enough and I truly needed professional help. My sincere and heartfelt thanks to Julie. She is patient, empathetic and utterly compassionate. Julie has given me many constructive coping skills that have now improved all aspects of my life. If you are considering therapy for the first time or you need a different professional perspective, I can 100 percent recommend Julie. You have nothing to lose and plenty to gain. Thank you.

Julie was fabulous and helpful I'm not sure about the ADHD diagnosis still as the drugs had horrible side effects (from my gp), but I tick all the boxes so will continue to look into this. Kind, compassionate, caring. Understanding about my health problems making it difficult to attend too.

I started sessions with Julie 16 years ago for a number of years. She was the first person that (after 26 years of no one being able to figure out why Im suffering), Julie did. Julie figured out I had inattentive ADHD after many sessions together; and then also helped me with my grief of caring for and eventually losing my fianc of 11 years to cancer at the age of 28. She changed my life. At first I didnt believe that I had ADHD because back then with how little was known by the general public, and because of how society balked at the diagnosis in an adult, and the stigma it carried; just like them, I was so un-educated. Fast forward to now, at the age of 41, and after a failed 6 year relationship with my best friend who said youre a good person, but I just cant anymore, Im medicated and my life is better. Were not back together but I know Im okay. Ive got to do some CBT and additional executive functioning things but it makes sense. Im not broken. I just wish I believed Julie sooner. Regardless, if it wasnt for Julie, Id be a wreck. I just hope she sees this as I stopped seeing her 13 years ago because I thought I was okay. Thank you Julie. Youre an Angel. So much gratitude. Jesse :)

Julie is not good, or even half good. I had just come out of a serious trauma and the advice she gave me was to exercise... She had nothing valuable to say. I went for my second session, thinking maybe I was just too upset the first time. Nope, she had to pour over her notes furiously - in session - to re familiarise herself with everything I told her a week prior. Oddly spoke to a colleague at work, told them I saw Julie, my colleague told me their partner went to Julie and she is not good. So needless to say, I cancelled my sessions with her. Unfortunately, this lead to further repressing the trauma and not seeking further help. Years down the line, I see a psychologist who remembers every thing I say, and never takes a single note in session. Always prepared and actually capable of helping to unpack and reframe, plus actually forming a bond that you need with a therapist to build trust. Sorry Julie, nothing personal. But yikes! Therapists can affect people's lives in big ways.
