        Terrible service. Property manager didnt answer my calls or return them in a timely manner. Nerida cancelled our property management contract whilst I was overseas & uncontactable. Reason given for cancelling the contract was gaslighting - telling me that I felt unhappy. Quarterly inspections not completed. Beware.
