I took my Lexus in to have a new Catalytic Converter fitted. I was quite happy to get some extra stainless steel exhaust work done (if it was required) but the owner of the business was very professional and honest... "It doesn't need doing, you already have a stainless steel system on the car from factory." So I'm a happy customer and the new catalytic converter has improved my fuel consumption by a LOT! Dont waste your time or money on this clown! Ben has taken over this reputable business however will run it into the ground if he treats his customers the way I was treated, Ben made many promises but didnt deliver. I was promised a refund on a product that I was convinced by Ben was going to be great however was not and was never installed in the vehicle after being told it was more work than originally allowed for, I promised a refund which never came, ben also patched up over half of my stainless steel exhaust system with cheap mild steel which is already rusting! I was told it was going to be stainless, when I questioned this at the end I was told he did that cause he didnt have stainless in stock, However I was still over charged. I was again promised a refund however I have called several times over the past several weeks only to be given a different excuse each time! Service: Exhaust
