        My youngest daughter joined here and I was so impressed with the culture of the place and the confidence she got that I enrolled my older daughter - and then I signed up too! In my first year Ive had a blast, lost weight (10kgs) and improved my fitness enormously. Its been so nice to feel fit and healthy again! Just as importantly, its a lovely community, where everyone is very welcoming and supportive.
