This is the cleanest and most comfortable hotel of this type I have ever stayed in. The staff are very serious, responsible and humorous. The public facilities here are updated in time, so when I use some facilities such as tableware, TV and sofa, they are all good items. This is a great value-for-money experience. I stayed here for a month with my boyfriend and we had the best experience. The place is very clean but affordable. It has a free car park and the place is right in front of a tram station so its convenient for both who have cars and who dont. It has a secured private room with little distraction so you get to have your own privacy. Yet, people staying here are very open minded, welcoming and friendly so it is suitable for all kinds of people who prefer to have their own privacy as well as those are willing to make friends. Laundry is included on the rent (they also provide detergents if you dont have one!!) and you get to use basic cooking equipments as well as basic seasonings. Well definitely come back to this place next time visiting Gold Coast. Highly recommended!
