4D Renovations Gold Coast

4D design provided us with an excellent all round service. . We trusted 4D with a complete renovation and redesign of our apartment. We handed over the unit to them for an agreed period of 12 weeks in March 2022. They carried out a full demolition and complete refurbishment (complete rip out) including a redesign from 2 bedrooms to 3 bedrooms. It was very important that they completed all the work on time, and they did. Our property was fully transformed throughout, every room was converted from a tired old style to a contemporary modern and fresh Hampden style that we love. We were particularly pleased with the work carried out in collaboration with 4D and Mint Kitchens... A year later, and we couldn't be happier, they did a great job. Are they still contactable? Yes Andrew the on-site building manager was here only last week (April 2023). You will find the team leaders (Tim & Jamie) very easy to deal with. Our building managers commented very positively on the professionalism, respect and care that the team took whilst in the building. Excellence is the standard here. We used 4D Renovations for a large bathroom and media room renovation/build and have been very happy with their service. 4D Renovations are an experienced and a well organized team. 4D's teams are true professionals, from the design and concepts, to their project management and communication. Even when issues arose they were dealt with efficiently and positively. I would recommend them with confidence I wont hesitate to use them for future projects.

Excellent service highly recommended. These guys have been my go-to builder for many years completing renovations in our first house which included a pool. Currently finishing a renovation on our current property. The team at 4D have met all my expectations.
