I purchased a property through Epga through the sales process the information was limited and I was not comfortable in how the sales team information was put out there, which made me feel like I was making a poor decision. Only when Arunava Chaudhuli my financial advisor came on board and gave me the information that I needed to make the right decision I felt that Arunava had a good sole and steered me in the right direction. After the purchase of the property I meet Chantelle Firth see is a god sent she is on the ball (the problem solver) nothing is to big or to small she will give you the answers, Chantelle is easy going polite and understanding I give credit when it's due if it wasn't for Arun and Chantelle this would of been horrible experience

The purchasing of my investment property on the Gold Coast would not have been possible without the help of the Epga Group.Especially the Southport branch and Chantelle in particular she is such a professional person always ready to answer any question and find ways of completing the transaction smoothly,especially with me being in New South Wales and the property in Queensland and at the height of the coronavirus lockdowns. I also only just started learning how to use computers so I assume Chantelle wouldve had a challenge with me but she is such a godsend that I now feel much more confident on the computers because of her help. Ill advise anyone entering into their property investment market to look no further than the EPG a group as they are fantastic
