        I employed these people to clean a furnished apartment. THEY STOLE ITEMS FROM THE APARTMENT such as dustpans, mops, bins, tea towels, a vacuum cleaner which i was forced to pay for by the real estate. They left entire surfaces in the kitchen visibly dirty. Did not clean the stovetop rangehood, some cupboards, cutlery drawers. Walls were left with smudge marks. Tables and other surfaces left covered in dust and grime. Lost over $500 of my bond, and they refused to compensate me. Extremely rude when contacted, I was told that "it happens when its a big job and super dirty things get missed" and to "Pull my head in" when asking for a refund.
