I was the original inventor of the steam powered mop and i find it very concerning that you would sell my product in your store please remove it as i have the trademark for this product and wish to open my own shop Mr KaaRcher.         Went to store for an adapter connection the bloke spent a good ten minutes trying to get me to buy a Karcher hose instead of giving me what I wanted . Very poor service . NEVER buying anything to do with Karcher again and I'll be telling all the blokes in my trade to stay away from Southport KARCHER . Eventually he gave up and gave me what I wanted . All the trademan I know say they'll give it a wide birth
