Design Science

We engaged David from Design Science for our renovation. Easy to communicate with and his depth of knowledge was fantastic. He was able to produce a design that worked with our existing structure. As a school building and maintenance manager for over 10 years I have met a lot of designers and architects during my work and couldnt recommend David highly enough, he saved us $1,000s over other proposals I had received. In fact we were so happy we managed to convince him to do our build as well! Could not be happier with the result and highly recommend David for any and all of your project needs.

As a structural engineer I have worked closely with David at Design Science to deliver many projects. It is great working with David because he has a vast array of construction and design knowledge and his solutions are so much more than just a set of drawings. We have seen many 3D designed buildings, but David has the ability to deliver a digitally constructed 3D building and this is a rarity. The extra steps that David can achieve, provides a magnitude of additional benefits to the project that we see first hand such as true bill of quantities and superior/proactive project planning. I cannot recommend David at Design Science enough to deliver professional and comprehensive solutions.

We had David from Design Science design and later build a Granny Flat for us. He was hands on, prompt and always ready to offer advice and explain different design technicalities to us. If you are looking for old school service and workmanship for your extension or renovation I would highly recommend David as one of the most knowledgeable and practical Designers out there. He takes on what you are looking for and works with your existing house and land to achieve the best result for your purpose and budget.
