        The worst experience I have ever had with a tax agent. Terrible customer service and poor outcome. The website states its their for the customer and to maximise the refund which could not be further from the truth for the Southport Office. I wasnt happy with the outcome and asked to not proceed, now Im being bullied and harassed for $302.50 for an unsatisfactory service.
