I got help from Priscilla as I needed to lodge the new tax return and the previous one. My English is not well enough but she is patient to explain and to tell me how to submit the relevant information step by step. She is also a responsible and efficient tax agent to follow up my case and let me know what's going on as I was not familiar with the tax system of Australia. I will get assistance from her if I need help or consulting opinions of tax issues.
