        Dont recommend this to anybody. Not only are the quotes you get in store only given to you after a non refundable deposit, which is inconvenient but bearable, but the woman assigned to me (Sharna?) was shockingly rude. She talked down to me for asking to see the colour before she put it into my hair, informing me SHE is the professional, berating me for just wanting to make sure I was happy with the permanent colour Im paying $240 for?? Literally never experienced such unfriendly, abrasive customer service at a hair salon. So disappointed and so confused as to why I was spoken to in this way.
