One of the barbers there find it extremely hard to own up to his mistake. He didn't pay close enough attention to what I was saying and shaved so much of my hair. I paid for a style I didn't want and his arrogance was in the way so much that he only offered a discount instead of refund. I went there another time to give them one more try and I could tell they were smiling, talking in their own language about me, and laughing at me because they felt I didn't explain things well enough when really it just takes a couple of good questions and an intent to understand clearly. But I guess it doesn't matter that much to them since they're located in an area where they'll get lots of customers regardless. EDIT 31/03/2023 I agree. It is unfair for me to assume people speaking a different language are laughing at me. I stand by everything else I said. I explained everything clearly; and the person who cut my hair just didn't pay enough attention.
