Renting with this company has been a nightmare. Our air conditioning stopped working almost a month ago as a result of not being maintained for an extended period of time. Our property manager has been extremely slow and inefficient in getting this problem solved. Additionally, the property manager and owner refuse to take any responsibility for the fact that the apartment was not in fact "in good repair" as the contract states. We are paying a significant amount of money in rent to live at this property. We were offered $20/week compensation for a month without air conditioning during a period of very high heat (averaging around 30 degrees inside). This wouldn't even cover the cost of air conditioning for one month. The property manager has simply put her hands up and stated there is nothing she can do regarding compensation even though the value of the property has decreased due to lack of aircon. Each step of this process has taken a week as the property manager has been slow to gain authorization for repairs. Absolutely appalled by the way this situation has been handled. I have been renting properties for 10 years and have NEVER experienced such incompetence. Absolutely would NOT recommend working with this group.

I rented an apartment in the CBD through ray white using the Agent Amy. She was polite and professional and any small issues I had with the apartment (shower faucet/ broken speciality lights) were promptly resolved after a quick email &/ phone call. Id happily rent through Ray White Brisbane again.
