We are renting one of the properties and let me tell you service is horrible ! Hard to contact and half of the staff weve come across have no clue half the time when call.

SOFUN/AIRTRIP IS A SCAM. I would rate this organization negative infinity. Every staff is perfectly suitable for being a scammer. They are taking my money but not giving any service. I have been a tenant, paying my rent on-time. All the appliances have started breaking down, and they take 2-3months to partially fix the issue. The 5 or 4 stars are from their own account. Do not believe in the good reviews that they get. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT have any sort of businesses with these fraudsters!! Resident of Belise Apartment

Sofun or Airtrip has been helpful and specially Oscar who has recently joined them and is very helpful, courteous and also easy to deal with. Kiko and Desmond also tried their best to help us out during covid. Will be forever grateful for them to help us out during these unprecedented times.

Booked an inspection 2 days ago and organised to take a day off work for this- the 'private inspection' was confirmed again at 5pm yesterday and we then receive a message this morning advising the inspection is cancelled with no reason. We emailed them to ask, and was advised there are already several applicants and the owner is making a decision now. Why take bookings if you already have several applicants? I wrote back asking if we can fill out an application to put in for consideration too, and never received the courtesy of a reply. Very unprofessional and poor response times for enquiries.
