Dr Wei Seto

I'd love to recommend him but I put in a referral in July, sent it via email and waited to be triaged and now in October after two calls and a follow up email I'm yet to even know I'm on a waiting list. This is 4 months I've been waiting for Dr Seto and 4 months my daughter could have been on a wait list for another peadatrician. If you can't see patients please for the love of the child reply to the email or call them to tell them so. It is not reasonable or fair to have people wait without even saying a single thing.

Dr Seto has cared for my three children over the past 12 years and had been a wonderful support to myself as well.

Highly recommending Dr Szeto. He is the best paediatrician in Brisbane in my humble opinion. He helped my daughter immensely, his knowledge and level of reassurance is second to none. He went through medical and research papers with me so I am not worried. If it werent for him, we wouldnt have been referred to a specialist on the Gold Coast who can do the procedure for my daughter. I asked a few other paediatricians and GPs and they didnt have any idea about the GC specialist. We are forever grateful and thankful Dr Szeto.

My daughter was referred to him twice but both times he refused to see us , first time he said that he had a long waiting list and my daughter would be better off to see someone else sooner. The second time his excuse was also he had a long waiting list . Although we said we can wait as long as it takes but he said its better if we see someone else. It looks like he reads the referrals and selects the cases he wants to deal with. His receptionist says something then comes back to say something else contradicting the initial conversation. All we experienced on his side was ignorance , rudeness and unprofessional communication. Dont recommend him.
