        I have been treated with osteopathy and remedial massage here. I cant rave about it enough. I always come away feeling a million bucks - something to be treasured at my age !! Give them a try. Im sure you wont be disappointed.

        So grateful to have found Rudolph! Did a Muskuloskeletal therapy with him to address a glute/lower back spasm I had during my travels, it was extremely helpful and unexpectedly educational. Through his assessment I was able to notice which muscle groups I most needed to work on and gave me helpful stretches and ideas to work on them. 100% recommended
