        My optometrist (after diagnosing a retinal detachment) contacted Dr Tony Kwan. The receptionist allocated an appointment for next day afternoon. In the night around 9:00pm I got a call personally from Dr Kwan. He said he has reviewed the referral from my optometrist and a surgery is required ASAP. The surgery was done next day. I was well informed about the procedure and all my questions were answered fully. The procedure was fast and painless. He is an excellent eye specialist with positive presence and is one of the most professional and caring Doctors I know. Thank you very much for the awesome work!
