Exceeded Our Expectations My husband and I found Gavin and Amy thoroughly professional with integrity as they both displayed open and honest feedback but never pressured us one way or another. We felt heard and supported throughout the entire selling process and that they were loyal to us throughout. They were always available and approachable when asking questions and made the entire process seamless. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend them both to anyone selling their home. I am so glad i chose Gavin Flaton from First National to oversee all aspects of the sale of my investment properties in QLD. Gavin has successfully sold two properties for me within a year.This time it was sold the second investment property at 14 Ribbonwood St,Sippy Downs.I sold it during a time when bank loan interest rates were rising and buyers were waiting and panicking about the downturn in the property market. I live in Melbourne. In my case I totally depend on Gavin for the whole sales. He implemented a first-class marketing strategy, worked with the tenants to minimise interuptions to their lives, kept me regularly updated and pleasingly In short, although it wasn't able to achieve a sales price meet my expectations ,because the overall property market is going down. MASON HAYWARD MY LOCAL PALMVIEW AGENT It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Mason Hayward. I had noticed this young man around Palmview numerous times. I contacted him to enquire if he had any 3 b/r units on his books. He didn't but put me onto someone that could assist with my enquiry. When the time came to sell my property, I had already decided he would be the agent I would use. I have never engaged an agent as young as Mason before to sell a property. I have to say he was a professional down to earth young fellow who was easy to get along with during the whole sales process. He has active listening skills and together we came up with useful strategies to ensure a satisfactory result was obtained. Mason will go a long way in life with his caring attitude to his clients both vendors and purchasers. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who has a property to sell. During this process I referred a work colleague to him who was looking to buy a property and Mason was able to assist him to buy his first property.
