Badhams Panel Beating Works

Disgusting behaviour from Brendan from that place. They carried out work of our vehicle (disclaimer- if I knew our vehicle was going there in first place I would have asked for a different panel beater in first place as I am aware of this place due to poor reputation). They gave our vehicle back with overspray all through the cabin of our vehicle and causing it smell strongly of paint, and denied leaving grinding sparks over our vehicle. He degraded me as a woman/mother, made smug remarks about my experience which is why I know its grinding sparks and called me a lair. Disgusting behaviour BRENDAN, as a business and person thats not on. Avoid it all costs, especially BRENDAN POTHECARY who has feral behaviour. Your behaviour shouldnt go unseen which is why Ive named and shamed you.

Highly recommend! Five stars for the whole experience from the office staff who were friendly and efficient to the quality of the work which was absolutely fantastic. This was a top level customer experience

Jacinta is rude and obviously lazy. Youd avoid this place just because of her inabilty or lack of desire to really do her job. You just dont speak to people that way and then hang up when your called out for it. Its up to you to confirm the excess was indeed paid months ago and release the items we are going to install ourselves as its taken you months to get onto replacing two spot lights on a bull bar. A 10 minute job you demand the car be at your workshop for an entire day.

My experience with Badhams panel beater was 100% exceptional in all aspects, the workmanship, all the staff were friendly, professional and went above and beyond, I got my vehicle back way earlier than I expected, they kept me updated, I would absolutely 100% highly recommend everyone to Badhams panel repairs, infact I have already have, a big cheers to you all
