Dean Nisbet (from Greenstone Building Solutions) was suggested to us by our draftsman. We chose Dean because his team could start sooner and his detailed quote was marginally lower. In addition, we were able to satisfactorily discuss all aspects of the planned work with him before the project started. Dean was an excellent communicator throughout the project, alerting me to the arrival of materials and trades. Having completed our job, we are happy to recommend Dean and his team. They are efficient, skilled, professional, well organised, friendly and polite. Their work is of a very high standard. The building team worked seamlessly together, and along with other trades. When unforeseen issues arose, they resolved them beautifully. In one instance, we did not find the appearance of the finish satisfactory. We discussed this with Dean and his team and they found and executed a solution we love. We installed a lift as part of our project. This was a first for Dean's team. The lift company commended the way the lift fitted perfectly into place, saying it was among the easiest installs they had ever done. We are very pleased with the quality of work completed by Dean and his team and are happy to recommend them.
