Fantastic practice. Dr Lauren Melville is warm, caring and empathetic. Listens and understand concerns and activity advocates for your health. So nice to have a doctor take the time to explain tests and results to you in depth. Would highly recommend her

Had my COVID booster here and as someone with a phobia of needles, Dr Clem, the nurse and the entire team were lovely to deal with. Even more so when I had a bit of a moment during the observation period afterwards and needed to lie down for a bit. Thank you so much for you help, I'll be coming here for any GP appointments in the future!

These doctors and their patient care and understanding are above all the rest I have been too. I've attended for my babies needles and 2.5 year old asthma issues and the doctors have been amazing. Dr Jenkins, Dr Michael Clem and Dr Yocom are who I have dealt with and can't fault them. Irene on the front reception is always very supportive and understanding and helps however she can. Extremely happy I changed to them from our previous practice.

The doctors are very good! However the receptioniata are rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. My family and I have had a poor experience on multiple occasions.
