Choose Your Life - Shelley Colthurst

Shelley took me through a really powerful process to make me realise that my parents did the best they could with the tools they had, and to let go of any hurt and forgive. I didn't realise how much I had been holding onto (that wasn't mine!) Since then I've been able to let go of a lot of limiting beliefs stemming from my parents and be grateful to them for everything they've done for me. Thank you Shelley! This changes everything!!

Wow! Im so thankful that I was introduced to this program! I actually thought I was quite on track with my own personal development journey before starting the Choose Your Life Program, but I now have more conviction in how I see my true value. I also now constantly have, what Ive learned by doing this program, popping into my head when experiencing challenging moments helping me to get through them more successfully. The 1:1 chats with Shelley have truly helped to give me more clarity around the outcomes (light-bulb moments) Ive had while doing each session. Shelley has such a calming and encouraging way of discussing/guiding me through the questions that I have had, particularly around recognising my pain points. Thank you Shelley, for putting yourself out there with a goal for helping people like me discover who I am and what more I want out of this life. Such a valuable investment into my development.

Throughout my life, I have allowed my fear of abandonment, not being good enough and the love I desire from men to rule my life. I have often sacrificed my own happiness and those that I truly love so that I could please a man. It is because of the this alongside the trauma that I have experienced throughout my life, that I feel as though I truly I lost myself. Finding Choose Your Life Program and making the decision to complete Shelley Colthursts Holistic, Clarity and Reset Coaching, I can finally say that I am finally finding who I truly am. Whilst the modules are not easy as they require deep reflection which can often be quite confronting. I have often found the deep root to my limiting beliefs, behaviours and why I may have made the choices that I have in the past. One of the most profound experiences that I had, was the reset process around my biological father, the root of my fear of abandonment. Through this process, I was able to completely change my perspective around him. I went from believing that I wasnt good enough, to understanding that my experience taught me to be resilient, independent, compassionate and empathetic towards others with similar trauma. I was able to FORGIVE him, which to this day fills me with overwhelming emotion. That alone, I am thankful for. Other than this, Shelley has helped me through the modules allowing me to go at a pace that works with my busy lifestyle. Whilst I have found it hard to sometimes get the motivation to complete the program every day (partly due to my fear around deserving it) Shelley has always been understanding and supportive. Which is something I really needed with the experience. As I move through the remaining modules, I hope to learn what it is that I truly desire, move through my limiting beliefs and reconnect with the inner Goddess that I truly am. So that I can love myself freely and wholly. Thank you, Shelley, you have in part, saved my life.
