        Brilliant experience I had a cap replaced on my front tooth appointment was on time everyone at the front counter was most pleasant and compliments to the dentist with the hot red shoes and his assistant...they were fantastic..AAAAA++

        My mother 80 years old and my father 86 years old went to this clinic today. After making an appointment via phone they were asked to be there at 10am. As they were not sure what time my mother would be seen I dropped them off at 945 am so she could wait. I am absolutely disgusted to find out out that at 950am they were told that they would have to leave the building at so that staff could have their morning tea. They were sent outside to wait in 35 heat for 1/2 hour. Why did you not request for them to arrive later after morning tea. How can you treat 2 elderly members of our community so badly? Im horrified that you did this to them.
