We had a sliding Invisiguard security door installed in our main bedroom. Price was competitive. Quote was accepted on 23rd Feb 2023 and door was installed in two stages at end of April (tracks installed and final measurements) and early May. I had to confirm my order was still being processed in early April, but the delay was understandable. Track install went fine although the base track was installed a little wonky (causes a bit of audible contact between door and tracks when opening and closing the door). Door looks good, although the final install doesn't include a ready-made rubber backstop so the handle/latch mechanism hits the main sliding door frame. I mentioned this to the fitter and he threw a bit of rubber in that he had in his truck. Unfortunately, it's not the right size and so doesn't fully stop the door so I'll have to swap it with a thicker piece of rubber myself. Not a huge issue, but something I thought would be included in an installation like this. Locking mechanism is a bit stiff, but not unexpected as it locks the door at three points along the edge. This was a bit of a test to see if it's worth replacing our windows and other doors with similar security screens, but after this experience, we'll probably try another product and installer.

Recently had security screens fitted on doors and windows. Great company to deal with from Quote through to completion. The installers were prompt on the day, very professional and the quality of the screens is exceptional. Thoroughly recommend.
