        Amazing doctors who are kind, thoughtful proactive with health, simpathic and truly do care. Reception staff on the other hand do not care for personal situations and unfortunately have no bedside manners. Really safe and welcoming place otherwise.

        Unfortunately the Doctors at this clinic have shown to have a non existent duty of care and very poor bedside manner. On more than one occasion with different Doctors, they showed no regard for my valid expressed concerns and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. They rush patients in and out without showing care for their concerns. Would not recommend.

        Ive been going to Koobil St Medical (Wendt Medical) for 14 years, as have my children and my parents. I have my regular GP Dr Amanda but have happily seen all the Drs at the practice if Dr Amanda hasnt been available. The DRs are extremely thorough and take the time to check every avenue. My Dad went there with a cough and thanks to Dr Amanda his lung cancer was discovered very early. I always leave my appointment with answers to my questions and knowing what the next steps are going to be. Ive had to attend other practices on a Saturday or Sunday if something urgent comes up and it really highlights how lucky I am to have Drs that take the time to know you and your medical history / issues. I cant fault this practice in the whole 14 years weve been going there.
