My children attend Youthrive to see Kelly, service has always been amazing and my children look forward to going.

Disappointed! I contacted You Thrive as I wanted my daughter to speak with a counciler about her issues at home and the lack of contact we have had. I discussed the issues and concerns with the councillor, then he had some time alone with my daughter. After the session, I requested a report about what was discussed and was denied access to this! I was informed that if I wanted information about what my 6 year old daughter had discussed I would have to have the information subpoenaed! So, in short, I paid almost $180 to make sure my daughter was ok, then denied any information about what was discussed as it is "their policy", what a joke. I also emailed them and never recieved a reply! Poor service, poor form and privacy act red tape crap.

Youthrive is committed to caring for children and young people - this includes keeping them and their personal information safe. It is the responsibility of all health care providers and professionals to follow proper policy and procedure to ensure that information is managed appropriately. This can sometimes be time consuming and frustrating for parents and carers, however, it is necessary to ensure children's information is safe and used appropriately.

We went and saw the speech pathologist Stacey yesterday for my toddler. She was amazing! Even after our appointment was over she sat in the waiting room with our son and played with him and demonstrated some of the techniques that were discussed during the appointment. She is a wonderful caring lady, and my interactions with the other staff at youthrive have also been great. Highly recommend.
