Taya, One of a Kind! Taya originally sold the property to me in 2015, I was so impressed that I asked her to sell my home late last year. Taya was once again fantastic. Her wealth of knowledge regarding Merrimac is excellent. Her friendly disposition and great communication skills are an asset and make the whole process much easier. Nothing was too difficult, and when we were confronted with a challenge, Taya would do her utmost to rectify it, before it became a problem. Over and above. From initial discussion through to final sale and follow-up Taya went beyond what we expected. Because we did not live locally we thought there might be some hiccups. Taya spotted things that needed to be attended to and took it on herself to do them, if she could. If she could not she arranged for things to be done, The sale occurred quickly and without hassles.

Support at every turn. I cannot thank Rhys enough for the ongoing support, and compassion, he gave me during one of the toughest times I have had in a while. He was very knowledgeable and did everything he could to ensure it went smoothly. He lined up all the different businesses needed to get the home in order for sale and arranged for the payment to come out of the settlement. The aftercare from Rhys has also been amazing. I don't know what I would have done without this help, he really went above and beyond for me and still is.

We know Chris for years now, and he did sell a fue houses for us! He was always looking up for our interest. We just did put everything into hes hands and listen to him.
