I needed a dental implant to replace a molar and got lucky when I chose this practice. The whole process was so professional and they are leaders in the innovative technology. Im so grateful for the care shown to me by all the staff here and of course my beautiful new smile

My son had an appointment with Dr Paton and due to having a flat tyre on the way to the appointment I rang to tell them I would be 15min late. Dr Paton advised us that we could not be seen as he had back to back appointments. After months waiting for an appointment I found this response to reflect very poorly on Dr Patons standards for how he treats his patients and I have made the decision to seek a doctor who shows more care and empathy to their patients.

I would recommend going else where. After ensuring I had the X-rays required for my appointment in order to save $100.00 this supposedly professional practice was unable to open them . Even though my general dentist offered to send them in whatever format was required. I was told if I wanted to keep my appointment I would need another X-ray for $100. I have since requested this X-ray unsuccessfully. The office manager is exceptionally rude. Dr Paton assistant was lovely. I think they believe excessive paperwork justifies the elevated prices. Dr Paton was only ok . I would not return.

I got my wisdom tooth removed by Dr Paton under GA. He did a great job which resulted in a very speedy recovery. Although I hope to never need his service again, I would highly recommend.

Dr. Paton was very professional and made my extraction process easy. He successfully removed two of my wisdom teeth that were located very close to the nerve. Although I hope I never need to receive his services again, I highly recommend Dr. Paton!
