Every part of the process was smooth. There was simply no fuss. Everything was possible. If Dave saw a problem, he always had a solution. Every tradesman Dave hired was brilliant. Tiler Adrian has a superb eye for detail and laid an intricate floor perfectly. Dave's righthand man, Jefferson, is the nicest guy and also a great builder. We have since booked Smart Living Constructions for additional smaller jobs - and will use Dave when we extend in the new year. Service: Home renovations

I have to say from the very get go dealing with Smartliving Constructions was amazing. From the very start meeting David gave me comfort in the decision that I was making in choosing them. Right away I felt this is the person I can trust with my home of 27 years. Every part of this experience from communication to the quality of the finish was great.
