        Booked a telehealth appointment and told i would be charged for the appointment and if I cancel I'll be charged. Understandability thought. I called 10mins before to check my appointment and tgey confirmed. y time & Dr. Long behold I never got my Drs appointment the practice didn't even call to advise me of cancellation. Terrible customer service

        Dr Chinthi is very thorough and actually listens to your concerns. I have really struggled to find a good general practitioner that suits me for many years so I am really happy.

        Poor treatment room, disorganised, money orientated side-alley practice. Only went there once to have a wound treated and they could not even do that properly. Go else where it will be cheaper with better service and care
