I first visited Caroline after suffering chronic hip/glute pain while sitting down at work for long periods. The alleviation I experienced after the first treatment was immense, and following the second treatment a fortnight later my pain was completely gone. I can now be seated at work pain-free every day, not to mention my body feeling more aligned from head-to-toe than ever before. When I first went to see Caroline, the only way I can describe myself was as being grey.. I was suffering from a disorder of the inner ear that causes severe dizziness, ringing in the ears (tinnitus), ear pressure and hearing loss and was struggling with day-to-day activities. After my first session, the very next day, I felt so much brighter, my symptoms still there, but not as severe. By my 3rd appointment my symptoms were all but gone. I highly recommend Caroline, she is professional, knowledgeable and has the healing hands

I went to see Carolyn not knowing anything about Bowen Therapy, just a recommendation, she is very professional, knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. I am amazed and so pleased to see how much it has helped my hip pain, I will continue to see Carolyn.
