What can I say other than you have a real gem in Yaz. Shes super knowledgeable on your products and so helpful. Shes got selling to a fine art( if we had a spot Id try poach her) I went in to just get some info , she gave me the time and info without me feeling under pressure. Came back after going over all the info and purchased. Whilst there to purchase was looking at doing the same for my disabled brother. When I explained his situation she advised me that a different product would be best for him. As I said you have a gem be careful she will get poached.

Went in to see about a vacuum. Spoke to the lovely Yasmine and Jenny and they were amazing. Super helpful, informative and super passionate about their work. Will only go to one place from now on for all my cleaning needs

Wonderful friendly service at this store I spoke to a lovely woman named Jenny and she happily assisted me with replacing my vacuum! I came into the store completely unaware of what was best suited to my situation however Jenny was able to help me find something that was budget friendly and perfect for what I needed! I ended up getting the Tineco S12 and Ive had no complaints everything is Perfect!

BUYER BEWARE - VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We put our cordless Vacuum into be serviced as I had bought it originally from this Godfreys Robina. Was told it would be sent away for to be assessed and I would receive a call to verify costs and if I wanted to proceed. The server said this may take couple of weeks and had to pay a $20 deposit which would come off the final bill. I did receive the call from service team confirming the cost and I was happy to proceed. ($200 cost) All was progressing as explained until I received another phone call informing me that our vacuum had been sent back to the shop WITHOUT ANY WORK being carried out because I failed to answer my phone (which I had NO MISSED CALLS from them). So effectively blaming me. I then explained that I had spoken to the service team had given them the green light to go ahead. There had been a breakdown from Godfreys Robina side and resulted in us waiting 5 weeks to get the vacuum back. I asked if the owner could offer any price reduction for the mix up and inconvenience but was just told NO LUCK. Finally, after being let down, I go to pay there was no record of my $20 deposit and I was told I hadn't paid it! I worked in customer service for 15 years and still can't believe companies can offer such poor service where I was accused incorrectly twice with no attempt at problem resolution processes. If you treat customers like this don't worry, soon enough you won't have any.
