        Not sure why there is so many negative reviews for this but I have no idea what they are on about this store is amazing Customer service, where do I even start ! Got a new phone to transfer my plan And my god Ivy ! Such a chilled friendly and such a patent customer service representative! She was so good to help me out and making this transfer so much better 10/10 customer service! Her boss should be proud of her ! She's a keeper !

        Hopeless service. Two thirds of my screen was just plain black. I asked if they could help me backup my contacts which I need for work purposes. He googled me showing instructions, which I couldn't do not having a full screen, and then sent me on my way. I went to Samsung a couple of shops down, whom we're wonderful and backed up everything onto my other phone and arranged warranty service without any problems. I had to pass your "Yes" shop where the same guy was patrolling out the front and upon seeing me quickly turned his back and hid his face. That speaks volumes ......
