Absolutely terrible service! I went in for a simple request to exchange a product that I had purchased 4 days ago but unfortunately did not have the receipt, despite supplying the exact amount and date of purchase they still could not help me without a receipt. I asked for a receipt reprint but the "manager" said that they don't do that! As far as I am aware it is the law to have the ability to reprint receipts for customers for upto 7 years. He just kept saying there is no way he could do it and after a while, clearly in an attempt to get rid of me he just said to call customer service, not here is their number, not even an apology anywhere in the entire conversation. When I asked him if he could get their number for me, he rolled his eyes and said it's on Google and only when I insisted he got it for me. If this was the manager I don't know what sort of service to expect from their other staff.

We came in JD to look for my boys white school sneakers, and we came to Tando for help with sizes and recommendations. Tando was very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed our shopping experience from him.
