I've bought many clothes from here, and also from Melbourne stores. Today I just came in for a look and a young guy came up and introduced himself as Will and had a quick chat. He was genuinely interested in his customers, he was in the store by himself but I watched him greet everyone and assisted with genuine customer service which is so rare these days. I ended up buying 4 muscle t's, did I need them...no, but I felt compelled to reward a great kid doing an amazing job. Sometimes big companies miss a genuine hard working natural that propels their brand to a new level. I am 47 and retired, I've come across many people who impress, but Will is one in a million, I hope he is rewarded with a thank you from his employers and a helping hand into a career. Well done Will, you have a client for life!
