Always a great experience. Its not the best massage environment ever but for the price youre getting immense value.

Had a massage here today. Whilst I understand they are students and learning, the massage therapist I had should not be practicing on the paying public. Like many people $40 is quite a bit of money and I budgeted having a massage for the last month. Whilst the trainer thanked me for my patience, nothing more was offered. I have been coming here for the last 2 years and have referred many friends and family. I even purchased a 1 hr gift voucher today for my Mum.( Before my treatment) As pathetic as it sounds I went to my car and balled my eyes out. I needed a massage so badly, and to have such a terrible experience was just not ok. Sandy

Had a wonderful treatment today at Q Academy. The therapist was really professional and caring. Made an appointment for January already. The only improvement that could be made would be to have the room light a little bit dimmer and offer eye masks. Looking forward to going back.

Whilst massages here are good value be prepared for very short notice cancellations or not receiving the full hour due to lateness. Got cancellation call driving there. Who is going to pay for the petrol and wasted journey. Took time off work, I should know better than to book again as this has happened before, more than once!

Very supportive coaches and learning environment. I really enjoyed my experience here. The classes were engaging and fun and I made good friends along the way. Im glad I finished my diploma here because everything I learnt was so applicable now working in the industry. Alan
