Absolutely disgusting service. Other than my friend and i having to wait 15-20 minutes to serve and make our 2 drinks when there was 1 order ahead of us. Rachel was completely putting me off. Her customer service was some of the worst ive had to deal with. No interest or care at all for helping the family that was served before us. Didnt apologise for the wait and made us stand there whilst she stickered all cups and paid no attention to us Finally when she did serve us she was so rude to my friend and i. Whilst serving us she was chewing and smacking her gum. I then watched her continue to be rude to the next people after us, touching all over the register and brushing her hands through her hair & proceeding to continue to make food and drinks with no handwashing in between or even sanitising. Then the male staff member only after waiting 10 minutes told me he was out of one of the drinks. Finally i got the drinks & asked him for a manager. He said that his manager wasnt clocked on & asked what was wrong with the service. Whilst i explained how disgusting my experience was & i had rachel was blatantly staring at me. Will not be coming back here. Extremely disappointed in this store. This incident happened around 4:10-4:30

1st time at this coffee shop. My wife and I were well pleased with the service. The suggestion given to my wife was great. hibiscus tea with a touch of lemonade.only thing I don't understand is why is there so much froth on a Flat white? The bread was roasted nicely, and the coffee was awesome. I ordered a double shot, flat white, extra hot, love it!.highly recommended
