I was disappointed the items I wanted weren't in stock but Assistant Manager Carly went all out to source the items and have them expressed to the store for me. I couldn't believe the care and effort she demonstrated which is a rare attribute these days. Very satisfied customer

bought a hair straightener for my wife and updated my shaver to a panasonic 5 . i had waited some time to get one as there were shortages during the pandemic. Ben the manager helped us with both purchases and we were very happy with the service. During the next month, i was increasingly disappointed with the panasonic shaver even the cheap supermarket shaver was giving a better and closer shave. I went into the store several times hoping to find Ben but spoke to another member of staff whose sum assistance was to suggest I should have bought another shaver. I got to speak with Ben when he returned from Sick leave and the response was fantastic, he initiated a swap for a new shaver and it was swapped over in a short period of time. Anytime I want to purchase something from the store I will make sure it's Ben I speak to 100/100 for great service . Thanks Ben !
