AA Hire and AA Relocatables

Worst hire company to ever exist in the planet. Struggled throughout January and February summer with no air condition in our hire donga. Continuous calls and emails with no result other than debate and deplorable behaviour. The toilet block is as bad as the items deposited down the toilets. Would never recommend, would never trust our hire from these people ever again. I wish there was a zero star rating as this company would achieve this high rating.

Have been dealing with AA hire for many years now and since they have been building demountable buildings I have not had any issues with there buildings always been top notch and always been DA approved has always worked in with me to make sure the buildings are what I am looking for I also like the idea that they take there time to get everything over the line from the get go for DA approval which when you call for the first time and have also committed to the build will always ask if you are wanting for example a DA approval or anything else to make the job for you and them easier

Unfortunately the system only allows the lowest rating of 1 star otherwise it would be zero or negative. Big red warning beacons - keep your money in your pocket and seek other suppliers where you can be assured of an ethical, honest and quality customer experience.

Have been dealing with AA Hire for the last few years for our demountable building requirements and they have all been above standard unlike other companies I have dealt with in the past also unlike other companies AA Hire have always been able to fix any issues I have had with the buildings which only has been a couple of in the past few years in a timely manner and at high quality will continue to use AA Hire. They are also willing to go above and beyond for there returning customers

Worst customer experience ive ever witnessed in my life. First of all, we were delivered the wrong cabin. Second, the aircon was broken and not in working condition. Not to mention the cabin was filthy when it was delivered. Also lied about the minimum time required of these cabins. Took a whole week for them to come and pick the cabin up, and showed up with a truck to small and a driver that was barely qualified to drive a truck. In the end we are still fighting the extra charges this company is throwing at us. Such as cleaning fees (which was cleaned before being returned) and a fee for not apparently reaching the minimum requirement. (Which we did). So please do yourselves a favour dont waste your time with these people. I wouldnt go near it with a 10 foot pole if it meant my life was in danger.
