I recently had new flooring installed in my house by Carpet One, and I couldn't be happier with the result. The installation team did an amazing job, and the finished product looks fantastic. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service provided by Mel in the office and the installer. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly, and I couldn't fault them if I tried. Overall, I highly recommend Carpet One for anyone in need of new flooring. Their quality of work and customer service are truly top-notch!

WORST SERVICE EVER! RON DAVIS is who we dealt with and he was rude and condescending. We had several issues with him but the worst was after the measure and quote. He had said he would work on our quote that night and to expect it the next day. I rang up 3 days later to ask if maybe they had gotten my details wrong as I hadn't received the quote yet. They were polite on the phone and said they would talk to Ron Davis about it and ask him to give me a call. When he rang me he was extremely rude and condescending. He asked 'Do you want the quote quick or right?' I proceeded to ask if we could have it by the end of the week (it was Wednesday) and if he doesn't have time to give a detailed quote could he please give me a ball park figure so that we could make a decision. He proceeded to get angry by that comment and say that it isn't his fault he hasn't sent the quote through yet and that, 'that is not the way it works, I have worked in the business for 20 years and you just have to wait.' I responded by saying, "maybe you shouldn't promise the client a quote within 2 days of the measure if you can't deliver." Obviously we are not going with this business and are going with Benn from Style Xtra Flooring instead (amazing service!!). Anyways, it looks like in general Carpet One Redcliffe has good reviews but if you have to deal with RON DAVIS you are in big trouble. A very miserable man.
