        Working with Ash (Ex Phys) for rehabilitation after orthopaedic surgery, the rapid improvement in my strength and mobility has been amazing. Her knowledgeable, professional and encouraging manner has been a breath of fresh air. Exactly what I needed to get back on my feet.

        The team at no boundaries are like no other. You will feel welcomed & comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. Treatment from them within 6 months has changed me dramatically physically & mentally with my injuries. Wouldn't recommend anyone else.
