Steve and all the team at QSEP were extremely helpful and assisted us in every aspect of the choice of our Solar set up. They were so honest, that we had initially enquired regarding a more expensive set up, but after reviewing our site they actually recommended a different set up, which was less expensive, but a better fit for us. We were waiting for the right time to get solar power, we didn't want to jump in with just any installer or system: we wanted to go with the right people and the right system for us. Solar is a large investment, so we wanted to get it right and do it at the right time. QSEP did an amazing job! From first touch through to after installation, we could not fault them. Salesman Nix is knowledgeable, friendly and kind. He researched our situation and came back with SOLUTIONS, not just trying to sell a system. The Installers (Mitch's team) were clean, well spoken, polite and professional, cleaned up after installing, and Mitch taught me how it all works and how to look after the system now it is on our roof.
