    Very Poor Service - Purchased a beautiful pot of succulents that was advertised on her website for $141. What was delivered was completely different and looked like a cheap plant from bunnings in a plastic pot. The plant was dumped at the recipients door with no care. When trying to contact The Flower Room owner to let her know about the issue she ignored the calls and didn't respond to any messages.

    Sadly the Mothers Day bouquet bought for $89 was not worth $89. The 'bouquet ' consisted of one protea, two very dry sticks of Westringia Aussie Box (had to throw them as they wereso dry they were dropping leaves) and lots and lots of leaves. I waited till Monday and sent a message, the next day I tried to call, left it for a day, tried to call again, no answer, left a voice message. Not angry or wanting a refund just wanting to know what happend. I wanted to give feedback and hear the owners opinion........obviously the owner doesn't care as the owner never acknowledged me. Really disappointing.

    Very poor service. Will NOT be using again! Flowers were ordered online through zFlowers and supplied by The Flower Room. 1. The order was delivered incomplete (no vase, which had been paid extra for) This was promised to be delivered the following day, but that its nothing special. 2. The flowers delivered bore little resemblance to what had been ordered, with less flowers, and mostly cheap greens: 3. Vase delivery was NOT made the following day, as promised. A single attempt was made to contact me by phone. No message was left; I called back anyway; left a message, giving opening hours of shop where I was working. Called back again several times, trying to make contact. No answer on phone. An hour after first call, I texted with full details of business, thinking maybe she couldnt find us. 4. I FINALLY got a text back at 8pm to tell me the vase would be delivered the following day! 5. When the vase was finally provided 2days after original delivery it was plunked down on the counter in front of me at work. Without a word, or even eye contact. I said thank you, but even that was not acknowledged as the woman stalked straight back out to her car and left. Very unprofessional and rude. Would NOT recommend at all!
